  • I can't update my game!
    • Please ensure that your application is the latest version available from the App Store. If there is an update available, the "Update" button will appear.
      If you still cannot update the application, please try the following.

      Please try again under a stable connection.

      If there is no free space on your device, the update cannot be installed.

      Please try again after freeing up space on your device.

      yClear the App Store Cachez

      Ver 8.0 and above
      ‡@On your device, double tap the Home button, or swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
      ‡ASwipe right until you find the App Store application.
      ‡BSwipe upwards over the application to close it.

      ¦Please be careful not to accidentally uninstall the game when clearing the cache.
      Please keep note of your Transfer ID and password.

      ¦Please note that updates in the App Store may be available at a different time than reported depending on your device.
  • The G I purchased is not displaying!
    • It may take some time for purchased G to appear on your account.
      If it does not show up after a while, please try the following.
