  • I can't update my game!
    • Please ensure that your application is the latest version available from the Google Play Store. If there is an update available, the "Update" button will appear.
      If you still cannot update the app, please try the following.

      Without a stable connection, the update cannot be installed.
      Please try again under a stable connection.

      If there is no free space on your device/external memory, the update cannot be installed.
      Please try again after freeing up space on your device.

      ‡@Open your device's app settings
      ‡ASelect Google Play Store
      ‡BSelect Storage > Clear Cache> Clear data

      ¦Method may differ between devices.
      ¦Please be careful not to accidentally uninstall the game when clearing the cache.

      Please keep note of your Transfer ID and password.

      ¦Please note that updates in the Google Play Store may be available at a different time than reported depending on your device.
  • The G I purchased is not displaying!
    • It may take some time for purchased G to appear on your account.
      If it does not show up after a while, please try the following.

      Order Numbers can be checked via your email inbox after purchase.
      If you cannot find this confirmation email, you can also check it via your Google Wallet.
